I think the picture is self-explanatory but I shall expound anyways. I'm going to need NOVA drivers and DC drivers to get it together! Seriously, it doesn't even have to be a snowflake, it just has to a raindrop or better still, ominous clouds....in the DISTANCE!
After driving in this nonsense for about a decade now I must say enough is enough. I just had a car accident, one I'm still recovering from actually, and now I gotta contend with people who fall into a panic whenever it precipitates? NO!
Please, learn to do what people in places like, oh, I don't know, CHICAGO do and that is: GET A FRIGGIN GRIP! Be cautious yes, but not to the point where you put others in danger.
